CrossFit is a strength training and general physical condition, based on varied functional movements done at high intensity. A Crossfit workout is never the same as before, giving the athlete a steady and motivating challenge, usually focusing in three sporting disciplines: Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Metabolic Conditioning / Cardio. Crossfit is for everyone, regardless of age or physical condition. Workouts and movements can be adapted to the elderly, pregnant women or people with disabilities, and be customised for children.
